Terms & Conditions

A 70% deposit is required a minimum of 96 hours prior to the arrival date. Reservations that are canceled any time prior to 30 days of your arrival date are subject to a non refundable administration charge of a minimum US$50 per room plus tax. Outside the holiday season, reservations canceled within 30 to 10 days of your arrival date are subject to an administration charge of one nights room plus tax. Outside the holiday season, cancellations within 10 days of your arrival date is subject to full penalty. During holiday season (Including but not limited to Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, Easter and other peak travel Dates around a holiday and local festivals and events) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date, all amounts paid will be retained as liquidated damages and no refund will be made to the amount charged. NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO FULL PENALTY. The hotel is not authorized to make an exception to this policy. Early check outs are non refundable. Any modifications (subject to availability) are subject to a minimum US$50.00 processing fees.
